i have a friend who is a boy. he is very kind to me. he may like me, but i am not sure about it.
Last week, he must fly to work in another country for 1 year. On his departure day, I was sick so I couldnt see him off at the airport. I called him to say sorry about it. And he said: " U are sick since u lack of 1 thing - a boy friend". He was very calm when he said that. He seemed to think of his sentence before saying that, i mean he prepared to say that.
What is the meaning of his sentence? What is he thinking?

I think he's thinking that the reason you are sick is because you don't have a boyfriend!!!

Well...........he was sure that he will see you there,but your absence made him even more upset.He loves you silly,and thats what made him say something like this,he meant that he wanted to be your boy-friend but you did not open your heart's gate for him.That hurt him and as a result he said you that,
Just talk to him being soft and you will get to know what did he actually mean by saying that ?????
All i can frame out is - He loves you and your absence made him more weak and made him say something like this.

ok honey listen very very carefully. you obviously like this boy very much or you wouldnt of have took it the way you did. but you have to look at it like this, he is a close friend right? well 1. he could of have meant it in a way like.."okay, its time for you to find someone"..or "I am to chicken **** to ask her out or tell her the truth, so I will say some gay line like that." I think he doesnt think of you as a FRIEND. Sounds like he's thinks he's your boyfriend. How do you feel about him. Let him calm down then ask. Friends shouldn't act that way.

It is very simple. He loves you but lacks the courage to tell you. You also have intimate feelings about him but lacks the courage to come clean. If you had sat down to talk to each other about your feelings, that staement would not have come.

Can you talk to him now? Just ask him what he meant by that sentence and let him know it's ok for him to be honest about it.

He is a very caring and loving friend. but it doesnt mean that he loves you. But if he say that he loves you, than it is true that he loves you.
