You do not have to feed them the same thing your guests are having, they can have simple turkey sandwiches or something, but YES you do have to feed all your vendors. It's positively rude not to.
BTW, your officiant is not considered a vendor- your officiant is an honored guest! You should invite your officiant, and their spouse/partner, if any, with a regular invitation and serve them the dishes you are serving all the rest of your guests. They should be seated at the parents' table.

As a DJ for the last ten years, for thousands of weddings, I have only not been included in the dinner count twice (the fact that I remember those two times should tell you something).
It is customary for the "hired help" to get fed, even if it is not in the main dining area with the guests. They are working through dinner time, and usually starting before dinner. Many photo/video people don't get a chance to eat all day, and should at least be fed.
Many vendors have it in their contract that if you do not feed them, then they can take 1/2 hour-1 hour break to leave and get food elsewhere. You don't want them to leave and miss something. Avoid an awkward moment, and include them.
The only exeption is the FLORIST. They are usually long gone before dinner. Unless they are a friend of the family, don't include them.

You should supply the DJ and photographer with food instead of an extra tip. The florist should be gone before the ceremony starts.

The rules on that are not very specific if you have room on your budget then you should offer them something but if you do not then you don't have to.It is just based on your belief. Now if you are planning on having a orchestra or something then no.Put if it is just a dj then yeah it is a nice gesture.

No...they are not guests...they are working for you. You can include them if you wish, but it's not customary.
