Hey, Yahoo team,,,,,,?

if a 'BAD' person is removed from here, does that mean they can log on again 5 mins later with a new profile, or have you thought about that already?

Short answer is, yes they can, and no, Yahoo really doesn't care much.....even if they have thought about it.
