I have completely changed by mind about immigration. I have posted sites for a long time in here. I started looking at some of your websites, like Joeguitar and socal. I then started looking at their friends. i saw how truely ugly they are with friends showing their **** and their children on the same sites. I then realized how this makes me look. I would never want to associated with these idiots. I think the people that show up at these protest are rednecks who didnt go to college. Now i know why people dont show up for then anti-illegal protest. I cant believe it, but I changed my mind in this chat room. thank you jesus for showing me the way!!!! I love the father almighty! read my last posts if you dont belive me.SOCAL you are so ugly inside. I feel sorry for you and ashamed at my past.

NY45, I was save by the lord while in this chat room. never had before. It hit me when socal who is pro-immigrant was caught acting like a anti-illegal. Socal, peace be with you. NY45, I hope you repeat a prayer to let jesus into your heart. You dont even have to want to change, just ask him to make you change your way and mean it.

Well, I truly hope you did make a conversion....I tend to be skeptical, I have been burned before....

I welcome you with cautious optimism......(wink)

BTW, I am a Jesus freak too!

Hey Socal, Jesus also said to love your neighbor, remember? He didn't say your legal neighbor either, did he? He didn't qualify it....Jesus never spoke of political issues, he was the first humanitarian, he came to minister to the poor, the ill, the blind, prostitutes and sinners in general, DO YOU DO THESE THINGS? Don't you start preaching, cause it only makes you look bad....Where is your humanity???!

I don't know what the people on my friends list had to do with your decision making process, most of the people on my list are there because they read my award winning poetry, I am a published poet and have been recognized by the international society of poets for outstanding achievements in creative writing. I am also a model, an award winning chef, a guitar player and singer and have played to packed houses in new England. I hosted a radio show in Boston, I read the bible daily and pray multiple times a day. I have served my country and have opened many businesses as a chef. I do not lie, cheat , steal or any other action that a person might think was morally or ethically objectionable. I have never been to jail, and have no record of any kind. I do not smoke or do any drugs at all. I drink the equivalent of probably twelve pints of Guinness a year. If you have seen my 360 page you have seen my friend testimonies. I am an excellent friend and family member. I am the first one to render assistance to any one and am none judgmental. If you think that you are bettering yourself by distancing yourself from me and have decided to take up the fight on behalf of illegals then you have made a mistake. The only thing that you should have come away with after looking at anyones 360 page is that ALL types of people are opposed to illegal immigration. People from all walks of life see that there is a problem with allowing criminals to walk among those who have a desire to see something good for america. As far as your "question" is concerned...look at the progress that has been made by those who want to live in a law abiding country. Laws are being passed daily and steps are being made to hinder this crisis that is a finacial drain on the economy and is diluting the moral of this country. All of this with out a single "out-side" protest.

Jesus preached that a person was to obey the law of the land and obey God. So what does that make someone who is on the side of a person breaking the law? WWJD? He wouldn't break the law.

As far as anti-illegal immigration activists being rednecks and uneducated, I think that one only needs to read your posts to find out who is truly unschooled. Your grammer is atrocious, your spelling worse, and your rhetoric is weak. As far as the "redneck" equation is concerned, are you basing that assumption solely on the fact that I am from Texas? Does this mean that you are prejudiced against people from the south? Do you believe that geography is what influences the formation of a person's thoughts, feelings, and beliefs? What would Jesus think of your blatant bigotry against southern people?

I'm in college now working on my B.A. in Anthropology and English, soon to begin my Master's program for an M.A. in Forensic Archeology as my major with a minor in English. What is your degree in?

What do you mean when you say that my friends are showing their **** and their children? I looked at some of my friend's sites. I saw children, but no ****. Truthfully, I'm waiting for you to explain exactly what **** is.

Please don't waste your time feeling sorry for me. You really aren't important enough to me that your perception of me would cause me to lose any sleep.

Just saw your add-on. What blog are you reading? Certainly not mine. I'm an anti-illegal immigration activist who is a Minutewoman and a member of Save Our State. I am certainly pro-LEGAL immigrant, my grandparents were LEGAL immigrants, but I am vehemently opposed to illegal immigration. You just get weirder by the moment.

Apparently you don't know the bible as well as you think you do. Jesus DID preach many times about government, law, and politics. And don't give me that Jesus didn't qualify legal or illegal garbage. That was over 2,000 years ago. There weren't even any sovereign countries at that time. Difficult to have immigration law with no sovereign borders. Now we have laws and people need to follow them--period. As far as living by example? I work with the homeless. I think that qualifies.

Here you are babbling again! What is your malfunction. First off this is not a chat room, even though some people, me included treat it as one. Secondly, socal is not pro-illegal, she is obviously anti-illegal. Anyways, more power to you. If you are going to let other people change your beliefs you are showing just how much of a sheep you are....

Think back to why you yourself didn't go to the protest even though you felt passionately about it.

That is the reason.

However, things may be bad enough that people need to get over it.
