Don't listen to these hard-core christian fundamentalists. They pretend they know exactly where heaven is, and how to get there.

Nobody knows for sure...and people who say people like Ghandi are in hell, just might be going to hell themselves for judging other people.

As a raised Roman Catholic, but fundamentally non-denomination christian, I'd have to say he is in heaven. Ghandi preached love, and peace, and that's really what Jesus was all about.
It's not about following a certain law, or doing certain things to "assure" you a place in heaven.

If you don't practice what you preach, you've missed the point of his teachings entirely.

So again, IMO, NO...Ghandi is not in hell, he is in heaven.

hiltond2001,
He was a man. He did things that many people were incapable of, and did them well. Much of the world reveres Ghandi.

"To that we can say what a guy!"

Jesus, a greater guy, who also happens to be God, said:
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Would God offer a special dispensation for Ghandi?
That will be between God and Ghandi.

But you. Will you reject the Word of God because you feel Ghandi got dissed?

God's not the one with the problem!

Good one.
I would like a believable answer from the experts on Christian beliefs.
Only the one who has been to hell and back can talk about hell

What difference does it make where he is? But to answer your question, he's where he planned he'd be after his lifetime. He based his life on his religion and I'm sure anyone that dedicated to their God won't go unrewarded. So my question to you, instead of wondering where he his now, why not wonder where your going with your religion? Kind of an intruiging question, huh? That's all you can worry about. You can't worry whether your family will make it to that "better" place, they can't help you make it. Interesting question though.

If he did not receive Jesus as Lord and Savior, then he will not see the Kingdom of Heaven according to the Word of God.

we are not the judges...we should not judge who will go to heaven or not...but only those who have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and children will go to heaven.
