Presuming she's not trying to prevent me from removing her clothes, three seconds for the shirt, a second for her bra, probably ten or so for her pants, and three or so for her underwear.
Whereas a straight guy would typically spend at least thirty seconds fumbling with her bra clasp. Why is that a queer like me can do it faster?
(By the way, your question was very heteronormative. Guys aren't the only people who undress girls.)

Oh c'mon, you want to set a world record in this? It depends, if she is heavily dressed it could take an hour. But if she is in bikini, then no need to undress at all....!

Depends. Bra strap is 3 sec with left hend while right is undressing some other part.
