Annie - looking at your picture... You are quite an attractive girl and I bet you have the personallity to go with it! If he doesn't like you - he doesn't know what he's missing out on. If he ignores you, well let's put it this way - maybe he's too shy or your not his type (ooh, that hurts!) but don't you worry about him - if you keep ignoring him and mingle with some new friends - you'll soon find somebody that is worth your time and effort!

Love comes on the most unexpected times and places - enjoy it and don't overlook the 'dorky' guy - they can be much more exciting than they look!

Hi Sweetie! It's always best to leave the other person free... If he comes back he is yours... If he doesn't he doesn't even deserve your tears and thoughts.
Although I know its easier said than done as I have been in a similar situation earlier but trust me time is the best healer.. Beleive me a few days / weeks from now you will not think of him as much.
. The best way to get over an old romance is to start a new one...
Last but not the least... It is not always necessary that the other person reciprocate the same feelings that you have for them....
There must be guys who might be liking you but you don't...

Yes, It is rude and inconsiderate for a guy to ignore you.
How long does it hurt?. Until you can forgive him, it does not.
Avoiding it, avoiding being hurt is like avoiding to breathe. You cannot, unless you lock yourself away from other people.

Yes it is normal. Depending on how long you've been dating, he may be scared and wanting to try new things or just trying to get his thoughts together.
