Absolutely... Shape of the room is irrelevant...

You could easily become "cornered" due to the layout of the room or even a particularly aggressive line of questioning.

if by cornered you mean in a position you cant get out of, then yes...but if you literally mean cornered, then no..since there are no corners in a round room.

If the room is cylindrical then there is a corner where the wall meets the floor and where it meets the ceiling.
