Is there software to manage email subscribers, send out email newsletters, handle unsubscribe requests,etc?

I have a database of approximately 14,0000 subscribers that I send my email newsletter to. I used to use www.constantcontact.com until my database grew to this size andit's getting too expensive because its a monthly fee involved.
Is there a good software to manage my subscribers, send out email newsletters, handle unsubscribe requests and the other stuff necessary to handle my list?

There is lots of software to do that - some of the more popular packages are MajorDomo, MailMan, and LSoft's Listserv software. Note tht *all* of these require an e-mail server, which will probably run you some money per month.
