The range from 85 to 115 is considered low average to high average on most scales. 115 to 130 is considered superior. Genius, if there is such a thing, would be above that.
More important than the number of your IQ score is what you do with it, how you use it to improve the world and the lives of those around you.
To whom much is given, much is expected.

The scale is based on 100, with 100 being the average adult. Over 180 is considered to be "genius", while below 80 is considered some level of mental retardation.
There is much debate over whether the IQ tests now in use are even valid measurements of intelligence. Some say they measure learning, therefore a college-educated person would score higher than one who is not. Some say they measure your capacity to learn, so previous knowledge would not affect the score at all. I find it entirely possible that a very intelligent person might not score well on such a test.

The average IQ is always 100; that's how the test works: it compares everybody to everybody else, and assigns the most common score an IQ of "100". All other IQ's are then determined relative to that score.
Genius is considered 150 and higher.

Well, I think it is 100 points average of a normal person. I don't know about genius though.

100 is considered average. 120 is above average 140 is highly gifted and 160 and higher is considered a genius.

I believe the scale changes, as 100 should be average. over 140 is usually genius (depends). Mine is 150+, but i think once you know how to answer, its easy, and doesn't mean much.
