You're much better off working out after you eat dinner. Wait about 1/2 hour to let your food digest a bit. You will be burning calories, and have the energy to work hard. If you're working out on an empty stomach, you won't have as much energy. You may get dizzy, and you probably won't get the full effect of your workout.

I split it in half. I eat a little before I work out so that I have enough energy to actually work out without getting dizzy or anything and then I eat the other half later, one because I'd probably be hungry later and two because your body is burning the most calories after a work out. Anywho, hoped this helped. Toodleloo.

I eat about an hour before and 30 minutes after I work out.

either way, it doesn't matter. It depends if you will get dizzy or not exercising with no food in your system, but as for burning more fat, it doens't make a difference.

PLUS if you eat AFTER exercising, it will burn more calories, because for a good hour or so your body is still burining calories after exercise.

you should eat after you work out.That way you wont get a stitch & you will digest your food a lot faster which means better weight loss.If you really need to eat before you work out make ure you dont work out untill about an hour after your meal.

well i work out five times a week and i like to eat something light like maybe a banana or something before so i dont get dizzy while working out..then i'll eat my dinner afterwards.. it seems to be working for me.. but its really what u prefer.. my husband is opposite he wont eat anything until he's done working out!

They say after. Your body is already in the fat burning mode, so that it will still be in that mode, when you eat.

eat dinner after work out.. dont eat any food be4 working out its bad for your body. drink water while working out though
