I want a graham cracker really bad. But guess what. You got it, no graham crackers in the house. How can I forget that I want a graham cracker so bad?

Eat ice and go to bed... Sniff some cinnamon if you like the cinnamon-flavored kind. That might give you a temporary "Fix" or it may just increase your cravings.

Get the graham cracker in the morning.

Smoke a bit more of you have been (because if you are not you're just being a baby) and look through the cabinets until some other craving replaces it. And make a note to buy some next time.

try to drink a water until it makes u feel full. Or try to chew an ice cube, plus its good to your health.no calories.Or probably go to sleep.

eat a spoonful of mayonnaise. you won't have a craving for anything after that.
