im 15 can it help increase my height? about how much in a month?

No, it can't. But it does have REALLY funny things written on the back of the label!
I'm 18 and have been drinking it for years. I'm still 5'3", so I'm assuming it doesn't work...

WHAT?! where did you get such an idea? conceivably, you're still growing, and some random nutrients they have in their teas will prevent you from malnutrition that'll STUNT your growth, but it's a long shot. hell, i was probably told caffeine stunts you growth, when i was young (and who knows?). and, though i do not work for a rival of tazo, or anything of the sort, i tend to dislike the flavours of their teas, sooo... if you, like i do, dislike 'em, don't drink 'em in the hope of growing taller. you've a better chance with bovine growth hormone, so drink cheap milk. oddly, i dislike milk, as well, and am not as tall as i'd care to be.

quenching thirst. quenching a need to make tea. no height increase...I've read that if you drink a big glass of milk right before bed that you will grow 3 inches more than you would if you hadn't drank the milk before bed. I tried that and I'm the tallest in my family, so who knows...it might work.

No. But you can use it to increase your height - by drinking it to avoid dehydration during your work out sessions which you do simply to reach your desired height.

C'mon, ben ben, didn't you already ask this and figure out that drinking tazo tea won't make you taller? Maybe it might help your memory though and you won't keep repeating yourself.
