We here in America have ignored for many decades that the mid east countries and all 3rd world countries have a religeous based life. We were all seperated from that in the '1700's, 1800's and most of the 1900's, now the terroist countries, (if that's what you want to call them) are reacting to our, (we Americans) sucess, because we flaunt our success all over the world with our technology, so others can see it, but not benefit by it. So the only way to stop the terrorism is to share our wealth, and technology. We are so selfish as a nation in many ways. 3) Form open, dedicated groups committed to the annihilation of such people. Let them realise that after long years of aggression, they are finally under attack... !

4) Form volunatry organisation of citizens, who can get together and conduct relief operations in the event of a terror attack in your country.

5) Ask government to provide armed training for these groups, so you can also help the police in times of emergency. The base of your police force will also be much larger.

6) Understanding terror tactics. There should be dedicated forums that dispense information about terror groups, forms of attck, and risk locations - so people no longer remain ignorant.
