It isn't a possibility, it is a reality. Penicillin resistant strains of TB, polio, even leprosy and some diseases I never heard of that apparently are not curable. The most comprehensive source I have for it uses pretty inflammatory language though. The cites for the info seem to be good, though.

We have disastrous diseases
that are bankrupting our hospitals
(86 hospitals in California declared bankruptcy
in the last two years).
--Tuberculosis
(which claims two-million people a year now,
and was virtually wiped out before the Mexican/Latino invasion),
--Chagas Disease
(known as the "Kiss of Death," kills 50,000 annually),
--Hepatitis A and B
(there have been 100,000 reported cases
passed on by illegal workers/carriers
in the food industry in the last couple of years),
--and leprosy
(also virtually unknown in the United States)
(Over 7000 cases were found in ILLEGAL ALIENS
last year, more than double the number in 2000, and,
while the number of cases is still comparatively small,
some researchers believe the trend could lead to leprosy spreading to the U.S.-born population.)
These are only a few of the “treats”
our Mexican/Latino friends have brought to America.
We also welcome
--malaria (which had been obliterated),
--West Nile Virus,
--E-coli intestinal parasites.
And The the new and exciting MORGELLONS
(Mentioned In An Answer Above)
Although All These Diseases
Have Reported Cases In Several US States
There Are CONCENTRATIONS Of These Diseases
Along The US/Mexico Border
Where The Number Of ILLEGAL ALIENS
Is Most Frequent
YES
ILLEGAL ALIENS Pose A Substantial Health Risk
To The Citizens Of The USA

Yes, this is only one problem with unchecked illegal immigration ... quite a few of the illegals work in the service sector, cooking and serving food, and in hospitals ... I for one don't want TB hacked up on my lunch .. nor would I want to be tended to by an illegal in hospital if I have open wounds after an operation .. not saying all illegals carry diseases, but some undoubtedly do ... and until they are medically screened, we don't know who has what ...

Morgellon's was carried over from Mexico by Illegal aliens crossing with this condition. Patients with these disease will have beads of sweat but the sweat is black and tarry. People with this disease will get lesions on there skin that will never heal. Sometimes little black specks come out of the lesions and sometimes little fibers. It's those different-colored fibers that pop out of the skin that may be the most bizarre symptom of the disease. Has hard has you pull to take these fibers out they never will. One family spent $14,000 in one year after insurance to treat it. The disease makes you feel as if there are bugs crawling on you which causes people to not sleep. A 23 year old with the disease committed suicide after a fight with this disease. The disease itself is not known to cause death but as in this case it drove the man to committ suicide. So yes I suppose everyone should be worried about illegal aliens bringing diseases.

I have always said that is one of the biggest threats posed bu illegal aliens. What if there was a pandemic of some sort and it spread through Mexico and someone with it jumped the border. Just another reason why we need to greatly improve our border security.
