My son is 11 months old and he had some weird looking poop. The poop is green with what looks like tiny pieces of black thread. I don't think it is thread, but I am just worried that it might be some worms of some kind. He is basically drinking only Similac and takes nibbles of things we are eating here and there. Has anyone else had this problem?

it should be o.k, it also depends on what he ate with u guys take a look back and remember what u guys ate, and remember that he is just a baby and everything will go straight through him, but if it continues the same for more than 2 days take him to the Dr.

My kids get green poop after they drink purple drink like grape juice.(they tell me to come look at it when they have one.)
I don't know about "black thread". But I don't think they are worms. Maybe he ate something stringy...

sounds like too much iron. take him to a doctor. its better to be safe than sorry

hmmmmm was he eating bananas its probly not worms dont listen to that . bananas can do that.
