I not sure what PIMS handbook is but the following sites offer a lot of information about medications

I normally read the various kinds of medicines through Medical books,the Encyclopedia was one choice.The Pharmacopoeias was another and other related searching in it's contents.But in the Internet you better ask the Programmer.
