Well, I think it's great personally, but yeah, you... like...can't do that. You could have shot and killed him and if you claimed you were in danger or that you had a reasonable expectation that you could not recover property he was stealing, you would be no billed, probably not even arrested (at least, not in Texas, our penal code is a little more forgiving in the use of deadly force). But since you employed a shock collar, you're in the soup.

Yeah, I pay attention ya. My ultimate buddy offered a "bugg" (boston terrier pug) from a breeder, so I could style of watch what I say round her. I do admit that on the time i did no longer rather understand how undesirable a breeder that individual replaced into, so i did no longer tell her on the time she replaced into finding and that makes me experience like a hypocrite now if I do say something...besides..My cousin's fiancee has a huskie b!tc# he needs to reproduce and every time I pay attention approximately it I could say something. i won't save my mouth close and that i could lecture the the two one in all them approximately in charge breeding and dogs overpopulation; i'm hoping sooner or later it extremely is going to sink in. I additionally seek for information on a thank you to enhance the project of dogs food as a results of fact they are feeding Beneful...ugh. It makes me so unhappy and somewhat mad. With the marvel collar, my dad had to get one for one in all our rescue dogs yet mom and that i refused to enable him. i do no longer understand what the deal is with an electric marvel seeming greater humane than spritzing with water. Frankly i could have carried out the comparable factor with that wannabe breeder. Such finished lack of information and disrespect for residing issues isn't undemanding to tolerate.

Some drunk trash broke into your home, destroying your property, invading your privace and they're charging you? I think you are definately within your rights to detain him until the authorities come. Had he not broken into your home, you would not have been forced to detain him.

I say hooray for you. Unfortunately in some instances you can be charged if you cause an injury to someone breaking into your house. It's not fair and shouldn't be legal for them to do. But again.. I applaud what you did to protect yourself and your property.

While I greatly appreciate your tactics and have NO sympathy for the intruder, local laws rule, sadly, and over-protect criminals.
I think everyone in the U.S.should be armed. That would be the best deterrent for crime. (pardon my "liberal bias")
