Suggested weight for an adult 19-34 years old and is 5' 5" is 114-150 lbs.
I do not think that you have a weight problem... you may be just about the right size for your height... You may just need to exercise more...Many of us ladies think that you have a perfect weight...
Can you ask your doctor what is the best weight for you?
Weight loss requires a combination of fewer calories taken in, more calories used up, and behavior changes.
Grains, fruits, and vegetables should make up the bulk of your diet. These foods supply energizing carbohydrates, help replace unwanted fat calories, and supply fiber.
Stay physically active you will have twice as much endurance than someone who is not active.
Very low-calorie diets, fad diets or diets that restrict certain foods may actually make lasting success more difficult to maintain. Instead of enduring a "diet" you can hardly wait to go off, focus on developing better eating and exercise habits.
Foods that are low-fat and good food choices are chicken, turkey, and fish, (without the skin).
Choose nonfat (skim) or low-fat dairy products. Good choices are yogurt, sherbet, sorbet, low-fat cheese, low-fat cream cheese, part-skim mozzarella.
Eat 2 to 4 servings of fruit and 3 to 5 servings of vegetables per day.
Eat whole-grain products along with beans, peas, corn, potatoes, and pretzels.
Also these foods are good, if you are trying to lose weight: angel food cake, crackers, bagels and English muffins are low in fat.
Good luck,

Since you are not fat, you are obsessing over not being a twig. This is not a physical problem you are having. You are having a real live obsessive problem that may need to be handled by a mental health specialist. Stop buying into the fantasy world of coke addicted models. It is an image, not a reality. Get a backbone, be yourself. You have just as much validity as anyone else, butr when you obsess like this over weight, you are giving control over your soul to the media and ad agencies. refuse to be a lemming! And remember. If someone loves you for the fantasy, they can't love you for who you really are, and so since you can't keep up the fantasy forever, they will eventually stop loving you and they will leave for the next flavor of the week.

I'd say hold what you got, eat healthy, don't fad diet, and work out.
Contrary to popular belief, the heroine-addict, sunken-eyeball, anorexic look is out.
Being toned and having a glowing complexion is in.
GLOW GIRL!

I'd say at 125 lbs....weight isn't the issue, You just need to work on toning. Try Pilates or weight lifting.

I would say you're already thin, though you may need toning. Join Jazzercize and stop drinking soda.

I would say that statistic is underweight.
Try to have a good diet and put some weight to be better, I think you'll look perfectly beautiful/handsome. :)
