No but it is true that if you masterbate a lot your sperm count with go up...And you'll last longer... Not that you need to be knowing this...

No. But if you become sexually active too early in life, and that means by masturbating as well, and do it too frequently it can increase your chance of prostate cancer later.
Also, the size you are is the size you will be. Masturbating won't increase or decrease the size of your penis.
