I was playing tennis when i lunged at the ball but then i took a kinda sharp inhale and then my heart beated really fast, heart hurt, headache

honestly you may have had a mild or silent heart attack, my dad had one while he was sleeping, it didn't send him to the hospital...so just beacuse you ahve a heart attack, doesn't mean anything, but your body was probably just overworked...

no, that sounds like a cardio-compuntionary disclusion. it's caused when the moderator of the invelvetometry glurman slows down, and the then it tries to compensate by revving up the flux capacitor by the binomial artery quadrangle. don't worry about it, unless it happens when you're playing tennis, it's perfectly harmless. otherwise you're dead.

it sounds like to me you were over heated and exhausted. rest and drink plenty of fluids it is hot out there
