there is no law I know of ..the driver has to be of age to drive period.

As far as I know, there is no law that says your passengers have to be over 20- unless you have your Jr. license and then you can lose it until you are 18.

Who knows? Every state has a different law for this. Some don't have that law at all!
I suspect you could get a ticket for violation of your restrictions.
Get too many and your license can get revoked.
Best bet is to follow the laws! Is that so hard?

They'll get a ticket and the offense will be reported to the DPS (in Texas) who will probably suspend their license for violating the restrictions on the license during it's provisional status.

I had no iea this was illegal...
When iI was a teenage and could drive, everyone in my car was between 16 and 26....
got pulled over many times, never in trouble for that...
