I do. I lost 65 lbs.
Drink lots of water.
Eat no salt.
Exercise 30 mins cardio per day.
Eat no sugar.
Limit your carbs to complex only (brown rice, ww pasta, etc).
Don't eat "white" foods: sugar, white flour, white rice, potatoes,
No corn, bananas, carrots (high sugar)
Eat your dinner, wait at least an hour.
Do your exercise.
Stop eating 3 hrs before bed time.
Doable & totally works. I would lose something every single day.
However, don't go overboard. The no sugar thing you can only do for a couple of days anyways, but you said 4 days... so there you go.
The weight you lose will be water at first anyways.

A couple pounds in 4 days? That's like 2 pounds? If you don't mind gaining it back, there's actually a lot of ways. You can fast. You can eat a no salt diet for those 4 days. There are other, less healthy ways. Maybe let us know next time why you want to lose it and more suggestions will be forthcoming.

You can try do a 3 day detox. Suppose to help you lose like 2-5 pounds within a few days.
Breakfast:
Drink lots of water and eat 1-2 apples.
Alternatively, you may want to drink fruit juices instead
Lunch: Have soupy stuff for lunch. Boiled tomato+carrot+onion+potatoe soup is great source of carbo and nutrients.
Dinner: Repeat the above or eat a green salad. No fish or meat please.
Repeat the above for 3 days and let me know your result! :)

May not lose you couple of pounds in 4 days, but will help lose weight faster. Mix couple of tea spoonfuls of honey in cup of warm/hot water and pinch of cinamon powder and drink in morning before breakfast and at night before going to bed. Watch the pounds fall off after a week.

hey i have wrestled since fourth grade im now in my second year of high school if there's something to lose weight in four or less day is this : put on about two or three layers of sweats and start doing aerobics or cardiovascular i.e. running jump rope sit ups like no other activity for a couple of hours or two hours a day another thing cut down on dinner and desert small diner and NO! desert any problems email me
