I want highlights that match my dark eyes- I don't want to look silly if I have it too light and it doesn't match me. My skin tone is fair- relatively light. I don't want reds too much, just something to lift the darkness.

Try a Golden Carmel highlite.. my friend has that in her hair and it looks great.

If you want a natural look, but brighter, try highlights that are one or two shades lighter than your hair. Professional foil highlights are worth the money; the do-it-yourself paint-on type really don't look that great. Good luck!

Get it done by a professional..or, you might end up going to work with orange hair and orange eyebrows...But then..You may like that...Good luck

you might want to try a blondish color to accent ur eyes and give you a flirtatiouse look.....
