Go for a nice, relaxing walk. Not only can it be fun, but it helps address your fitness level too.

Find a hobby, like drawing or writing. If you are into either of those it doesn't matter if you're not very good-you can improve. there are also communities of people into both online. You could take up html-ing things, that is supposed to be pretty fun. Or maybe find a sport you can participate in, one you could do year-round, like swimming *if you go to a fitness place*, or tennis. You can also practice martial arts, which is something you could easily do daily. Another thing to do that's fun is to try and teach yourself a skill...learning a language, or trying to learn to juggle if you can't. Both are things that with some work just about anyone can learn to do. Whatever you choose to do, stay committed, and have fun.
hope that helped. :)

Get you an exercise ball that you can play with while you are watching tv. They are a lot of fun. Another thing that you can try is everytime you think that you are hungry write in a journal for 5-10 minutes, if you still feel hungry after writing eat a small portion of something.(You can write about anything, write a story, how your day is going, a to do list,ect...) Hope it works. Also try pilates. They are slow controlled movements and holding poses. Is harder then it looks. Good luck.

I am soooooo anti diet, but I knew I had to do something.. I was eating like crazy and I knew if i burned caleries, i could continue to eat what i wanted!!!

SO I had my friend make me a CD of all my favorite songs that made me feel sexy or girly. I got 20 songs on there and every day I started walking in the park after work. Every day, I try to get to the next song.. and for each lap around the circle, i do something silly.. like jump up and down... skip.. run "Funny"..and walk like i'm on the catwalk. It has really worked... even for me who hates exercise.. I make it fun!

So replace eating with a walk. Everytime you want to eat, take a walk .. make it a challenge.. make it fun.

Take up gardening, crafting, painting, join a gym or dance classes. When you watch t.v. do what i do, when a commercial comes on do crunches, or pushups, or leglifts, anything you like for the duration of the commercial. Keep a bowl of good snacks beside you so you don't feel neglected like plain popcorn, fruit salad, veggie tray, and just envision yourself getting stronger and in better shape. Good luck hun.

I'd say find a hobby and focus on it. Writing helps me to focus when I'm bored or need to vent anger. Games (specifically video games) may help, but don't get too addicted to them.

Beyond that, I"m not sure. Find out what you like to do, and do that (so long as it's not illegal and damaging to your body of course!).
