does he know you like him???? if he doesnt know then he may not ask. go a head and make the first move even if it is just going out to eat or a movie as a casual friend date... let it go from there. youll know what to do when the time is right.

Let him get to know you first share your intrests with him have a seat and actually talk with him then when u think the silence then when hes looking at you and your looking at him you stop talking then slowly make the kiss>

Maybe a looong time ago, it was wrong for a girl ask a guy, but lets face it! its the 21st century! if your SURE he likes you, ask him! make sure your ready for the consiquences(i think i spelled it wrong...)because he may not be ready for a serious relationship.if you don't think your ready to take that risk, wait til he's ready. but i think you should ask him.
