Gentle Greetings, Dear, you must understant that most dreams are just your mind sorting itself out. You may dream of a plane crash, but your mind is worried about a new venture or the end of an old situation. Do go to the library and get a couple of dream books - it will help you sort out what things really mean. Don't be afraid of your dreams...without them you would go nuts in short order. You might find it a good idea to keep a dream diary, then you could look thru' it and think about what's worrying you. It is usually a good idea to keep your dream diary and a pen beside your bed. When a dream wakes you up, turn on the light and write it down. You may find that simple exercise alone will ease your mind and you fall quickly and easily into a peaceful rest. As far as Ritual is concerned, get a Blue (medium not navy or baby) seven day candle. Those are the ones in a tall glass container. Picture the most beautiful morning in Paradise and light the candle (with a wooden match is best). As you touch the match to the candle say: I am Blessed and my sleep is Blessed and I am at peace.
And you will Be Blessed.

You don't need a spell. Go to your doctor and tell him these dreams are disturbing - there are medications that can limit the amount of dreams you have.

Hmmmm, I would try meditation to try and clear your head and maybe even get to the root of the problem.
If it were me, I'd try protection spells or rituals devoted to the Gods and Goddesses who rule sleep and dreams.
