Absolutely no liquids, gels or pastes except presciption medications and baby formula. Be prepared to wait up to 5 hours for screening, longer if you have a baby with formula and diapers. They will allow toiletries if they are in checked bags but not carry on. The same for laptops and other electronics. Don't carry a backpack or purse. Do not carry any tools or other metal, not even tweezers. The rules may change without warning. Mostly just take credit cards, they might get suspicious of cash these days too. If you wear contacts, wear your glasses because you are not allowed solution or Visine and planes are dry. Wear shoes that are easy to remove and clothes that are easy to frisk or remove if you must.

I just heard on the radio that nothing liquid can be brought on board. It can however, be put into your checked bags that get loaded onto the plane. The best advice would be to contact the airline as they already have list made up. Hope this helps.

In light of the new security situation, no one shall be permitted to board an airplane within the United States. That is all.

you can't bring liquids onto your carry-on anymore...
drinks
gels
hairspray
contact lens cleaner
but you can put them into the bag you check-in
the terrorists were going to bring various liquids onto the plane via their carry-on and mix them together to make a bomb...but if the liquids are in the cargo hold, they can't be mixed
