I hate more than anything stubble and hair that grows on a man's neck. There are laser treatments to remove hair permanently, so that you would never have to shave it again, deal with ingrown hairs on your neck, or torture people with the horrible sight of a neck beard. Why don't you just get rid of it?

i've never really had mine grow that fast before i go to cut my hair again.. i just shave it all off then.. but rele.. u don't ever think about it or even notice it much.. someone else notices it tho! i know.. i sometimes wonder y the barber never shaved those ppls necks.. they think thats how to grow a mullet i guess..? lol
