It depends where your current fitness status is. You'll definitely feel some body changes in terms of strength and energy in the first month or two if your workouts are high-energy.
However, if you are severely overweight or have a lot of body fat, it could take a while before the muscle starts to show. It also depends upon your diet. If you eating junk and / or lots of calories, you likely won't see any results.
You certainly aren't wasting your time and the results will come. I also suggest throwing in some cardio to help melt away the calories.

It all depends on what kind of shape you are in when you started, if your thin and want to build muscle it wont take as long ,I saw results after 4 months of working out 3 days a week for 1 hour a day,if you need to lose weight it might take 6 to 8 months to see results. good luck and try not to get discouraged you will see results!

It really depends on your body type, what kind of exercise and how often, and some other things. But generally anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks is the general rule.

depends on the amount of weights, length of time, and ur body, and frequency of your workouts. you will notice a difference in about 2 weeks if u go at least 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. i would recommend taking a picture before, and then after to compare.

depending on your exercise plan, do you do small work outs often. or long work-outs every 3 days or so? it all depends..results will turn out, but nutrition plays a valuable part on how fast the results are shown. yup. !

You should see some immediate results. You should quickly become able to work out longer as well.
