I presume you mean before marriage, and what are termed as normal sexual relationships (as opposed to 3 somes and bi)
I'd try and understand why, is it revenge-maybe she caught me cheating and is getting back at me - if that's the case, then have a chat with her and take a call on where things stand and decide.
If I have been true and am sure that she knows it and still has gone and cheated then I'd walk away and not have anything to do with her.

Turn around and walk out of the house. Like most normal males I would probably want to get revenge on either the guy and/or wife, but would hope that I'm mature enough to not go to that extent.
