To all the guys out there who do more take seriously blondes or brunettes?

It is not the color of the hair that determines who I take seriously, it is what comes out of their mouths and how they gemnerally present themselves. If I hear alot of "Oh m'God!" and "youse guys" and "Them are" I will know I am working with a semiliterate person who probably isn't all that intelligent. If they dress like sluts or have too many tats or strange piercings, then I tend to think i am working with someone who cares more about what other people think and therefore can't really be counted on to think for themselves. A good example of this is a tongue piercing: medically this is by far the worst thing you can do to yourself according to medical experts and dental experts. If someone came to me for a health care position and they had a tongue piercing, I wouldn't even consider hiring them because they have already shown poor medical judgment. BTW, I have a friend who is a doctor who runs a small surgical group, and he was actually taken to court because he told a higly qualified NP who had a tongue piercing that he wouldn't hire her because of it. He presented the judge the medical evidence that tongue piercings are medically and dentally very bad for people, and the judge through the case out, siding in favor of the doctor.

Neither. But if a woman has clearly dyed her hair to look artificially blond, it does give off the impression she thinks that looks matter more than anything else, which just makes her appear vain.
