Flowers are generally a good start,make sure the are the ones she likes followed by a "I'm Sorry" card. Should do the trick works for me!

you shouldnt buy her anything unless she asks and then she shouldnt do that either because as the old saying goes you cant buy love with materialistic things because love comes from the heart. if you are truly sorry for your actions apologize to her and maybe take her to dinner to treat her special but that should be the extent of it
