Tempura, which is kind of a cheat answer because it's a little bit of everything. But I especially like how the green beans and sweet potatoes come out.

deep fried mars bars!
not as popular as they should be, but they're battered and dusted with icing sugar and all melting in the middle. yummmmm
by far the best fried food.
