The sattelites capable of identifying (visually) people are in low earth orbit "LEO" and so are only over a particular area for a short time. Outside of the satt's window, anything can happen. There ARE devices that'll be detectable from orbit, but these depend on actually placing a device on the person. LOL If we got that close, we could just kill him and be done with it.

What you suggest is like searching for a needle in a haystack using binoculars from a mile away. More, in this case, the needle is always moving and hiding. We can't cover every piece of straw under which that needle might be hiding with our binoculars up on a hill. We have to get down in the hay and overturn every straw and then go back and do it again and again until we find it. Does this analogy help put it in perspective?

A satellite can't find anything, it's just a microscope. As sophisticated as they are there is one way for a human to avoid identification by them. WEAR A HAT. Without something recognizable, like his face, it's useless.

WOW....Good idea. I'll send a memo to the President right away. It sounds easy but it would be a little easier to 'track' an object if they had a tracking decvice of some kind on their person.

Because he doesn't have a micro chip shoved up his butt for one. If you took geography you would know that we live on a large planet and he is an amoeba, and most likely will never be found because he is a coward that lives under ground with the rest of the slime.

It's pretty hard to catch someone when you believe that they're in Pakistan or Afghanistan, yet you have the bulk of your forces in Iraq.
