It's a common conception and I'll admit - I sure as hell do that. I guess in the psyche of your typical guy, he's always got to be in control and never show signs of weakness. Right? But he can't fight a virus - suddenly he's tired, he's vomiting, he's sore, he's got a fever and he doesn't know what to do.
We're not all like this, but I'm guessing that's why a lot of guys act that way when they get sick.

Its definitely true! Guys like to be pampered and when they have a fever, they'll exaggerate about how high the fever was. What they want is attention and falling sick is about the only time they can behave like babies and be waited on, hand and foot.

YUP.. totally true.
They can be really 'man' person, but don't really understand what got into them when they are sick, they turned into a total different person, they talk so softly and whiny, and they give you this pity little face, hoping you will go over to give them a hug, or ask them what's wrong, its cute sometimes... hAhaha...
but they don't fall sick all the time, so once in a while, i think it is ok to give them the attention.. afterall we gals ask for attention all the times... right?

No. My husband, if truly sick, wants to be left alone to sleep. But he has to be falling down sick, otherwise he insists on doing stuff until he makes himself falling-down sick. I'm actually more of the baby, too bad for me!

yes,guy like to act infront of the people, to show they are the real man. but when they are sick, they hope someone can really take care of them especially a girl.

Yes it is true, the best way to handle it, is to leave them alone, and let them fend for themselves for a while, and that will set them straight.

oh yeah,,its true.....mabe cuz when they are feeling fine they spend all that time trying to make themselves look like the toughest thing on earth....then when they get sick.....they are just as soft as the next person

Yes, they are huge babies when they are sick. If they have a little fever they are going to die in their minds.
