I saw it on the history channel three years ago. It was a show about navy history and included some new technology as well. I was hoping to hear more about it in the future, but it has been three years and I have no further information about it other than the fact that it was developed by the navy, is currently being used by SEALS, and allows the user to absorb oxygen into the bloodstream through the inhaling of water into the lungs. the lungs are coated by the substance and before the user can breath normal air again they must vomit the gel out of their lungs. I would just like to know the name of the substance.

I don't think you are remembering something from the history channel, but something from a movie called "The Abyss."

some imagine "O" gave the order to 'take the shot' yet that is no longer the case, i am going to wager. He stood there asking the teleprompter what to do and the President Tele went offline because of boredom. The Seals took the shot because they're experienced to act at the same time as necessary at the same time as no orders are imminent. "O" is a dud and indecisive, which will finally get someone killed. we may be suited off with a army Seal as president or my neighbor's stupid canines that has no more effective acceptable experience than to position contained in the line so he can watch the vehicles decelerate as they bypass him. we've named him, highway canines because he in straightforward words is going into the backyard to devour. All issues will be effortless, even complicated issues. I actually have found, the most confusing circumstances will be really solved with the help of creating use of effortless experience, that is problem-free theory and under no circumstances over wondering. First recommendations are the likely the right answer. I once took a try and tried this scenario. It replaced into distinctive selection and that i did not learn any information. Iread the question and in the previous analyzing the solutions, I replied. I retook the try and replied the questions after analyzing the solutions. I scored more effective acceptable on it the first time, proving to me that first recommendations are many times more effective precise than 2d theory. We, the persons could TAKE our COUNRTY back!

I really doubt something like that is anything more than a theory. Inhaling anything besides air into your lungs is very very dangerous, and as for getting it out, you can't vomit out of your lungs, you would have to cough it out, but it would be like having a very very serious case on pneumonia - which can kill. So again I doubt something like that exists.

They have been working on several different things like this but are still years away from perfecting it. They do have re-breathers that allow them to stay under water for hours. The gel works but has side effects like pneumonia.

no all they have are closed circuit scuba gear. I work with them and no first hand. I have heard of this shot given into the blood stream. It forces millions of tiny balls of compressed air. They slowly seep oxygen into your blood stream so u dont need to breath. But i haven't seen it and don't think i will in my life time

You know I heard something about this stuff being used for pre-mature babies because their lungs collapse if they are too pre-mature but I haven't heard anything about it. I'm going to Marine Recon soon. I hope they do have something like that soon. If they did it would probably be classified.

i dont think that can happen easily..but first of all we're not like fishes with their gills where is the water gonna go once our body absorbs the oxygen in the water? theres no way for us to disperse the hydrogen
