The name is certo, not creto. Or it's also called suregel. It's fruit pectin, and it's used in making jelly. It's also supposed to be good for upset stomach or the trots. You can buy it in most grocery stores.

Sure gel is a product used in fruit jams & jellies. Also, sprinkled on fresh fruit it keeps it fresher and stops the fruit turning dark.

I have heard of Sure Gel. I use it in fruit when making jelly or jam.

Yeah, I used to use sure gel to pass drug tests. It worked really well, though it is a ***** to get down. Creto I haven't heard of however.
