Why do people always throe away pennies?

I don't! I have been saving pennies for 10 years!

I like to pick up pennies and other coins while running. I deposit them along with other cash or checks at my bank. I'm sure it annoys the tellers to no end, but it adds up in my account.

I don't throw them away. Put them in a jar and in a few months time, cash it in. I saved up almost 80 bucks and splurged on a well deserved dinner for my me and my family.
