He has adopted me as His Son. And included me in the inheritance of His true Son. He has given me His Light and I walk in it. He has given me a second chance at Life, and I take advantage of it. He has given me an exciting Life, full of adventure, trials, loves. My heart is full because of Him, and I am deeply satisfied and content with Living.

Ok...let's address this, first, you are breathing, so The Lord kept you alive...He hasn't answered your prayers, maybe that's because you don't believe in him. Or maybe He's not answering your prayers the way you WANT them to be answered. Have you ever had a close call? Of course. Think that He wasn't involved? He's done much more for you than you know. Just a suggestion, do with it what you will, give your life to Jesus once, and see what happens.

God gave me 3 Healthy children. I have a niece with a very bad disorder called Rhett Syndrome and my brother is not a believer in God.

I also had very bad dizzy spells for a year and the Dr's couldn't find anything wrong with me finally someone at the church found out and put me on the prayer list and just like that my dizzy spells had gone away. ( I didn't know I was on the prayer list until after the dizzy spells had stopped)

But it doesn't matter what I say you should believe in what you feel is right.
I'm not a Bible thumper and I've never read the Bible and unless I get a lot of time on my hands I don't really plan on it.

How could you say He hasn't done much for you? He gave you life!!!!!!!!! You look like you are in good health, nice looking, both hands, eyes, ears, good fortune (computer in home), etc.
I have been healed of a crippling disease. Have a wonderful, loving family, home, rain, flowers, snow, wind, et. and born in a country that gives me freedom to say and do almost anything I want to do. GOD BLESS AMERICA
All things are provided you by GOD. Where do you think all things come from?
If you feel you have nothing to thank Him for, pray and He will show you.

Plenty.

He sent his son to die for me and my sins, that I could have a relationship with him and live forever in heaven when my time is up here on this earth.

He gave us the Bible which is his word.

Presently, he has done plenty also, giving me a family to grow emotionally and spiritually with, learning different things along the way.

He also gave me a wife to share lifes trials and tribulations but most importantly, to share love with and to share the wonderful things around us.

He gave me four beautiful children to take care of while I am here on this earth. He entrusted me with them and has made sure that not a single day goes by that I don't adore and appreciate and love everything about them. They are a constant reminder of Gods love.

He has also given me success within the workforce. This is not for my personal gain, but I use this to help others, as he would want me to.

He has given me unconditional love and grace.

Now I ask you....

What have you done for God?

More than I could ever say or write. More than even I know.If you look back at your life I am almost certain you have skipped over many things He has done and disregarded His hand in these things. Many of us blame God when things go wrong but do not offer credit for the good.

hasn't done much for you?????? Lets take a step back............he created your spirit and your body, you are able to sit at a computer and write your own thoughts, you have feelings, you have joy but then sorrow to make those joys so much more important!!!!!

To change a very popular quote.....Question not wether God has done anything for you but Question wether you have done anything for god?

Every single breath or flower or smell of cookies baking in the kitchen is a gift from god to you!!!! We are each children of God and he cares so much about us!!!!!

Looking back on what ive wrote I've realized that im not as thankful as i could and should be!!!! Thanks for asking this question and helping me out!!!!

For starters... He has blessed me with life.
He allowed me to have it my way & I fell into sin & God did not leave me, he was there waiting for me... he helped me back up & put my feet on the right path, & taught me the err of my ways & the sinfulness of the life I was living! I gained knowledge & strength through the trials & tribulations in life.
He has brought great things out of what seemed like a hopeless/terrible situations!
He has blessed me with 4 beautiful children & a faithful loving husband that I thought I would never find..
He has blessed me & my family with a roof over our heads & nourishment, for our bellys & our spirit.

He has done so much more.. But I would be writing for a few hours & probably run out of space on Yahoo Answers!

All you have to do is truly seek him, trust in him, believe in him, & realize that you are a sinner in need of a savior! God Loves You & loves us all..But give us all the choice to love him back or not... To accept & believe.. or... deny him.
Give it all over to Jesus. He died to save all from their sins... If they would only toss aside their pride, & repent & recieve!

Your alive arent you? God was gracious enough to wake you up this morning so you could see another day. You arent homeless or you wouldnt be on here. Wheres your faith at? You sound so ungrateful when you say that God hasnt done anything for you. You need to pray to God so you can talk to him about whatever it is your going through also you need to ask for Gods forgiveness for saying he hasnt done much for you!

God has done so much for me that, like your answer in the question "What has life taught you?", I'm not sure I want to tell you in this format. Why? Because it's so incredible you wouldn't believe it, and you surely wouldn't believe it was something He did "for" me as opposed to "to" me. But, okay, I'm gonna risk it here. And remember, this is only the last thing God has done for me. There's no way I could put on this program the total number of things He has done for me, but it took this one "gift" to let me see all He has done for me. Okay? Okay, here goes. He let a train run over me and drag me down the track over 200 feet and lose one of my legs while I NEVER lost consciousness and NEVER was blank to the incredible pain that comes when a train runs over your leg and drags you down the track 200 feet before your leg is actually completely severed from your body. Why do I consider this a gift?? Because the insight or depth He opened to me on that day is ENORMOUS, incredibly so!! And He let me finally see just how supportive people around me have been all my life, but I was too self-centered to see it, and, finally, how loved I had been all my life, but was too self-centered and stupid to catch on. Yeah, I was that dumb to life, and for someone as dumb as I was, God was willing to use incredible measures to teach me. I am so thankful He was. And I don't wish that kind of pain and fear upon anyone, unless that's what it takes to open your eyes. My young son, who's now completing his second tour of duty over in Iraq, thought of my train accident at the long list of similar calamities I've gone through, and he said, "Dad, you're Superman!!" I replied, "No, son, I'm not Superman, and even if I was, it's not genetic, so watch out when you're over in the middle east." And this is what God did FOR me, and not "to" me, and it feels wonderful. Thank you immensely for your question. And God Bless you.

God didn't give me cancer in the first place. God has gotten me this far, I am going to trust Him the rest of the way as well.
