Yes. I had a cat That would sit on my chest and make noises about five minutes before the alarm clock rang. After a while I discovered that he would come to get me up when the timer started the coffee pot---it a five minutes before tha alarm so I could have coffee right away. Smell the coffee and wake the human!

I wake up about 3 in the morning because my cat jumps onto my bed and claws the blanket before she sleeps on my feet. And then, I kick her not knowing she there and then she bites my nose, as if to say,'Ow, that hurts mommy!' My cats after they drink water, they act drunk. They run everywhere. Sometimes they run into the walls. After that they stop. But they always crack me up. I have two CRAZY cats.

Our queen Trina never sleeps in my daughter's crib when she's in there, but sometimes you go in my daughters room when she's out in the lounge room with us, and you'll find Trina curled up beneath the blankets, head resting on the pillow and everything, lol. It's so adorable. And she sleeps like a log, too, you could even run a vacuume cleaner in there, and she wuldn't wake up. Sometimes you've got to poke her gently a few times, or just lift her up out of it, even to get her to lift her head at you, lol. Usually we let her be unless it's my baby girl's bedtime, but it's the cutest thing, curled up just like a baby.

Yes, my cat does the same. When she wakes up in the morning, she would make some noise to wake me up. If that doesn't work, she'll start to nibble on my toes, or walk all over me. I guess that's her way of telling me she's hungry or needs to go pee-pee...

My cats don't wake up to the alarm... they are usually sound asleep on my head or tangled up in the blankets...... But all cats have their own personalities - your cat just happens to love waking you up in the morning. With cats like yours, who needs Folgers?????
Take care of her - sounds like you have a wonderful companion!
