yes she is.. so my advice.. dont call her.. dont act like she meant anything to you and well if she is really interested she will call. If she isnt well.. thats how it goes. Just try and live your life and go meet new women. Dont let her play around with you. You shouldnt even have contacted her after the first time she stood you up. So just give her the cold shoulder

Friend, you are being played by a mean individual who is either too much a coward, self-centered, or too inconsiderate to be honest with you about how she feels or what she has going on.
People do what they make time to do. When something comes up, considerate people call and apologize promptly. If you feel like you're being played, you are smart to question her behavior. Regardless of why she's jerking you around, just know that this is not the kind of person who will put your needs before herself (or whatever else she has going on).
Even if you weren't interested in this girl and this was one of your regular friends. This behavior is unnacceptable and when it's forseeable that someone is like this you have to count your losses (which is a blessing) and move on.

She is taking advantage of your kindness. It's best to learn what type of a person she is now and not waste any more time investing in her. People that don't have the common courtesy to let you know important information, like they won't be meeting you, don't deserve your attention. This occurs in adolescents (guys and girls) who like to string out people in case they need someone in a pinch. What you need to do is be assertive and tell her that you don't appreciate they way she is treating you and don't look back as you walk away from a inconsiderate, immature, girl who needs to grow up.
Take this as a learning experience and don't get disappointed, unfortunately the world is plagued with these selfish people.

This happened to me in college with a girl. And she would just be a no show all the time. What I discovered was that she had met another guy and he was always around and even if we had had something planned, she couldn't break away to call, etc.
She finally told me that she had to make a choice between him or me. She chose him and I am glad she did.
You may be in a similar bind as this girl tries to decide which guy she really wants.

It sounds like she is avoiding you and being rude to you in the process. She has very bad manners not to tell you when she must cancel a date before time for the date. Do not offer her any more dates because it is obvious that she does not appreciate the idea of going anywhere with you.

This girl could be reading a book, called "Why Men love a *****" so she is playing hard to get. She sounds like too much work. Find yourself someone else, I am sure you are worth it. Not a fool, but she is.

I don't think you're being played for a fool. I think you're being kept on a string. Available if she wants to do something but she's totally in control. If she hasn't committed by now, cut her loose. Or, let her show some effort. Tell her to meet you at your place and tell her if she's not there by whatever time, you're out and you're done.

She knows what she is doing is wrong, that's why she does not talk to you after she stood you up. I would say that she is just not interested or she would find a way. Sorry, but it's time to find someone who will appreciate you.
