Of course you should use the answers here to help you decide, otherwise you wouldn't be asking would you?

The way I came to know that God exists is by praying for things when I was really down and having them come true in miraculous ways. That's one of the things that helped me start to believe, studying the scriptures also helped too. Everyone will come to a realization that God is there and loves us, whether it be in this life or the next, but rest assured it will happen. Start praying sincerely and find out now, might as well save the time and do it now than take the long road and find yourself in the same place later. What have you got to lose anyways? God Bless.

I have no doubt in my mind that He exists. I have had too many prayers answered for it to be by chance or coincidence.

Don't give up your beliefs, but dig inside yourself and remember why you believed at one time. If your first acknowledgment of God was during a highly emotional, then the belief is superficial and easily given up. If you made your decision as a result of rational thinking, then it should be easier to maintain your belief.

During this time of doubt, it might be a good idea to spend some time alone in serious Bible study and prayer.

I definetly do, and to anyone who says they do not believe in God I challenge them to just take a look around. Could this world and the human race, as complex as it is, just have happened? I think not. The Bible says in Psalms 14:1a "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God." The Bible also says in Psalms 19:1 "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handiwork." Believe me my friend, God is real and one day we will all stand before Him.

I could understand where your coming from, i've felt the same way. I do believe in a higher power. I studyed different religions for many years, and there are so many different beliefs, but what i have learned is their all taking different paths trying to get to the same distanation.

I do.

And you should too. Belief and faith are good things.

EVEN if God truly doesn't exist, keep the concept alive, because life is so much better if you can build faith...

And no, i dont mean to say I think God doesn't exist. Try to think about it, and it may make sense to you...

Kinda sorta. I am not sure if God is there, but I've been praying AS IF there is a God. I don't know what it's accomplished, but my life is OK, so maybe he IS there after all.... or maybe not. Who knows?

Love, Jack.

I don't, you just have to critisize both sides of the God argument. I found the athiest and scientific side rules over God, christianity is based on faith, science is based on facts.
