Please note I am a Catholic and yes I feed my spirit accordingly but everyone feeds their soul or spirit even if only by music or reading or peace and meditation.

I do every day. I feed it music, good cinema, good reading, interesting ideas, and a mind as free as it gets from the conditioning and narrow-mindedness that comes from any kind of pre-established set of values of either a religious or an ideological nature.

Thank you Debra.
I fed my soul and was abundantly nourished. I have spent the last two days with a wonderful Christian friend who just had surgery. We did our devotions together and the words of the Bible and the thoughts and meditations and revelations God showed us were every bit as nourishing as the wonderful meals we shared.

Well sweetheart I think I've answeered another one of your questions. The trouble with people they cant see there soles, so to them it nothing to worrie about.. Boy! are they in for a big shock!! good point! i feed my spirit every night. its so nice to know that i can come to Him, pray, read His word, and seek His face. know that He hears my prayer and cares...remembering that He is God and He is in control, its so refreshing.
dont pay atteintion to all the nonsense comments left....lol.
