From the movie "backdraft"...I think it's just called "backdraft" but could be wrong. It's written by Hans Zimmer. Google it!

I know it's the theme song from a movie called "Backdraft" - a movie about firefighters. One of the Baldwin brothers is in it. I don't have the sheet music, though.

They were taking those musics from US movies.
Backdraft, Airforce one, Armageddon, etc.
Iron chef started as a late-night show in 1993 in Japan. Probably they had less budget first.
But soon the show became very popular.
