Seafood is sometimes bad to eat in the summer because the heat causes bacteria in the oceans to mulitply. So I'd say the scallops are the problem. You'll probably just throw up a couple of times

Food poisoning takes from24 to 48 hours to occur.Chances are you just ate something your body isn't use too.The symptoms of food poisoning also closely resemble the flue in most instances. Take a benedryl and wait too see if you feel better by morning. If the symptoms worsen call a doctor.

Food poising is usually start out with throwing up and lots of it to the dry heaves.
Have you been upset, nervous about something?
That will give you those feelings.
If tomorrow you get the screaming turkey squirts, then it is just a touch of the flu and your stomach is for warning you of the next days events that are coming.

You could be allergic to scallops ( my grandson is) or you might have a bit of food poisoning. If you can throw up do so.
If the pain persists and you get a fever get to the hospital ASAP

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

If you start vomiting and get diarrhea and can't control it or the pain you probably have food poisoning get it checked trust me on this one. I mean u really can't control your bowels it squirts out no matter where ur at and it comes out both ends. and the pain it feels like a appendicitis attack
