I was 13 when I had my first kiss, so I'm going to have to say yes.

yup i had my first kiss in kindergaten or the first grade i dont remeber n that was way too young but 13 isnt just be careful i know alot of adults say "kissing leads to more" but its true so be careful n safe

I was 12 when i got mine, it was a short, sweet kiss, and thats how it should be! I'd wait a while to add tongue, maybe 15 or 16? Don't let anyone (including yourself) pressure you into anything!

No, I would ground my child for the rest of their natural born life. I think you should wait until you are older and can understand what your body is going through before you start kissing.

No it isn't o.k to kiss at 13.I think that you're too youung to do this.Wait a few years to do this.Don't rush into growing up.
