i love my dachsies, have had dachsies all my life, any other lovers out there

We had a short hair named Fritz when I was a kid, and he was quite the character. One of the smartest dogs I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve worked in big kennels and animal hospitals. He was a devious, prissy little snob, but we all loved, and respected him. We still miss him after 30 years.

That sounds sooo dirty!!! I'm not sleeping over anytime soon! Wake up with a dachsie where my two dachshunds USE TO BE!!!

I have a short haired mini dapple who is the love of my life. He is only three and a rescue from the animal shelter. I can't understand why someone would give him up but I am glad they did.

i had a beautiful minnie dapple. dachshunds are rad.
