I can't believe I never thought of that!
It's funny how we limit our thinking without even realizing it!
Thumbs up for your question!

Hell is a state of being, or rather a state of nonexistence. It is merely the common grave of man. It is not a physical or "metaphysical" (spiritual) plane of reality. The bible is very clear on what death is like. In Ecclesiastes it tells us that there is "no knowledge, nor power, nor wisdom in Sheol (hell)". It also tells us that the living are "conscious that they will die but . . . the dead are conscious of nothing at all". If we are unconscious, then we are in a state of sleep so to speak. We cease to exist when we die. We are truly separated from God except in His memory.

No. God is not in Hell. Not because He is not capable of being there, if He desired to be. He is everywhere that we are capable of being, except Hell. I do not attempt to try and fully understand every statement in the Bible. For I know that I do not have that ability. But God will help me to understand all that He desires for me to understand. If you want evidence that He is not in Hell, go to Matt. 25:41; which tells us: "Then shall He say to them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels." If the cursed, or those who refuse to accept Jesus Christ as Savior, must depart from God, then evidently, He will not be in Hell. This should satisfy your curiosity.

Yes He is in a way. At least that's the way I understand it. GOD watches over hell, not Satan. Satan was sent there.......that doesn't mean he's in control of it. God sees and hears all that happens in hell.
That is IF you believe hell is a place right now. I personally think hell will be when all the unbelievers burn up with the Earth, but I don't think it will be an eternal burning place. I don't think my loving God could watch his children burn and suffer forever and ever and ever. I think they will burned up within a short period of time and they'll be gone FOREVER, but won't be punished forever.

Now stop that, you're making the Christians think. Of course God is everywhere even in the Hell Christians make for themselves...just waiting for them to have enough of their own punishments so they can come out and join the rest of us.

This is what it says in the Bible about your question
Psa 139:7 Where can I go to get away from your Spirit? Where can I run to get away from you?
Psa 139:8 If I go up to heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in hell, you are there.

God is everywhere ... His House has many mansions, and Hell is one of them, as is Heaven and Earth. (We constently stand before Our Creator, no matter where we go.)
You cannot run from the life that is within you and all around you. Only He can disolve what He has created.

God is all knowing and all seeing. If I'm fortunate enough to make it...I'll ask Him for you.
Sin and death are apart from God. That is the definition...separation from God. Very Good
Next lesson will be....................
