If you like fried eggs, you can always use fat free pam or fat free olive oil in a spray. I do it all the time. If you really want to be healthy, use Morning Star Eggs. They come in a carton, frozen and are wonderful. They are put out by Morning Star Products. They are much better than Egg Beaters.

Hard boiled eggs and poached eggs are both good recipes for eggs with no added fat. To hard boil eggs, place them in a pot and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, and as soon as a rolling boil is reached, turn off the heat. Leave it on the burner. Peel before eating. For poached eggs, bring a pot of water with at least 2 inches of water in it to a boil. Crack an egg and drop it into the water as quickly as you can so it stays in one piece. Leave it in for 1.5 to 2 minutes, and then remove it with a slotted spoon when the white is firm and the yolk still feels liquidy.

If he likes "dippy eggs", try poaching, or maybe soft boiled. If he likes scrambled, try microwaving. Put a slightly beaten egg into a small bowl or large cup. Add a tablespoon of milk and a small pat of margarine. Microwave 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave another 30 seconds. They come out very fluffy.

First off, dont use margarine for anything. All it is is hydrogenated vegetable oil with flavoring and whipped. Hydrogentated oil is worse for clogging arteries than butter. Unless your child is overweight, you should not limit fat. They need it to grow and for healthy brain function.
Healthy ways to prepare eggs:
poach
fry or scramble in nonstick pan with no oil or butter
boil
bake
My son loves poached eggs with fresh herbs and a little cheese for breakfast.
If you are worried about cholesterol, feed your child oatmeal for breakfast.

my four year old loves poached eggs. There's no oil, no salt. make sure your water is boiling before adding eggs or there are all sorts of pans you could buy.

ALWAYS fight bac! Cook to proper temperatures, wash your hands every time you make a meal, don't cross contaminate [i,e, using a cutting board for meat, then putting veggies on it, with out washing it first.] Refrigerate to proper temperatures, and clean your cutting board with an anti-bacterial, like Ajax.

Hope I helped you out!
